How places, bounties and points work
At the door
Players scan the QR code when they arrive. Tick anyone who turned up without their phone.
Table links
Send each table its link and they record their own knockouts, bounties and bonus hands. A link only works for its own table, tonight. Anyone who checked in at the door already has theirs.
Close the night
When every place and bounty is in, the results close and post to the WhatsApp group by themselves after a few minutes. You can post straight away, or hold them.
Saved copies of this night
Taken automatically before anything that could lose results. Restore puts the night back exactly as it was then.
Late changes
Someone turned up who hadn't said, or someone didn't show. Change the tables without redrawing — everyone already seated stays put.

Phone numbers
For private WhatsApp reminders: at the call to pay, anyone who hasn't paid gets a message with their own pay code, instead of a count in the group. Only full organisers see these numbers.
One per line: the name as it is in the app, a comma, then the number. Irish numbers can start with 08; others need +country code. A name with nothing after the comma clears that number.
Season rules
Change only between seasons: they rewrite every league total.
End the season
Closes this season with its champions and starts the next one.
Organisers
Everyone who runs a night gets their own PIN, so the activity log says who did what. Game night only can record results, seat people, run the clock and take subs, but can't wipe a draw or change the season.

At least 4 digits, and different from everyone else's. Tell them their PIN in person.

Optional door check-in
If a photo of the code gets passed around, make a new one. The old code stops working straight away, so reprint it.
Revolut link for subs
Players get a “Pay on Revolut” button with the amount and a reference to paste. You still verify each payment.
TV mode
The blind clock, current blinds and everyone still playing at each table. Open it on the TV; no sign-in or scanning needed.

Every change anyone makes, newest first. "Device" is the phone it came from; the names beside it are everyone that phone has tapped in or out.
